found tim padgett custom cue

in great condition, must identify to claim. this is not a joke, the cue was found in its case outside of a bar. I am a pool player myself and when I looked at it closer I could tell that this was a really special cue for someone and would love to reunite this cue with its rightful owner. I am not asking for reward or anything in return just asking for its owner to describe or provide proof of ownership. I would love to keep this cue myself but know my game would never warrant such a fine cue.

I did go and ask everyone in bar and bartender they know how to contact me if anyone comes looking for it, but its been over three months and no one has been looking. I just looked at it closely last night and realized that this was no ordinary cue. I did some research on it and found out that tim padgett only makes around 25 of these cues a year. I tried to contact tim padgett cues in arcadia, california but the number was disconnected. I also contacted local dealers and found out not just anyone can buy one of these

likely the cue was a stolen one and the thief never went back for it not realizing it was worth some money.
