Four cues I picked at the DCC: Tad, Bender and Prewitt.

Dude

You are freakin killin me. Our taste are so much alike it is scary. Bill at Cornerstone has a Prewitt cue very similar to the Bender that I have my eye on. Maybe I shouldn't have said anything out of fear you may buy that cue as well. Anyhow these are 3 very fine pickups you have made. Hopefully I will get to see them in person at SBE 08. Thanks for posting up the pictures.

Kevin

I apprecitae everything, thanks. It is funny how different cues get hot at different shows. The Prewitts were extremely hot. The other two cues that were easy moves were Tads and of course the B. Szams.

When the show was over, one more Prewitt popped up. Bill Grassley had it. I don't know if it is gone yet, but if you are interested you better call him quick. It is a nice one. :)

Take care,
Jimmy

Is that the Bender from Cornerstone, I really liked that one when I first saw it. Good choice in cues, that Tad is unique, and Prewitts stuff is always great.

Yes this is the Bender form Bill's site. I added the wrap while I was there. I am a sucker for leather wraps. :)

Thanks,
Jimmy

Sorry about not replying to all the posts. I worked all night and just now got up. I appreciate all the comments very much. If you guys have any questions PM me or give me a call.

TommyT, Tom (orionthehunter) and Jamie (worminater): I appreciate hangin' with you guys for at the Derby. Had a great time.

Keep in touch,
Jimmy

Wow

Those are 3 big cues Jimmy. I like the Bender especially. He carries the veneer colors throught the ringwork. Not your typical Bender design at all... I love it.

jim, those are some great cues, and we haven't even seen the tascarella yet!! i wish i could have gone to the derby, maybe joe and i will make it next year. i can't wait for valley forge when we get together and i can see your cues. by the way, the tad is definitely my favorite. everytime we talk cues you always mentioned you wanted a nice tad and i'm happy you picked up one of the nicest tad's i've seen. congrats.

Nice

Yeah.. you did good picking up this Tad. It's totally unique and beautiful. I think that's about the nicest Prewitt I've seen to date. Really great pics! Thanks for taking the time to post em up. Looks like you had a good time at DCC.

Guy,
You and Joe better make it to VF. It wouldn't be the same without you guys.

Thanks as always,
Jimmy

I was aking about Prewitt's in Cornerstone's room and someone, must have been you, showed me two Prewitt's they had bought. This blue veneered one was the less detailed one but the one I preferred. The blue veneers and the shell ringwork work very well together.
I lusted after the Bender as well, so we have similar tastes but you have more discretional cash than I. Great pickups.

The blue veneered cue was mine. The other one belonged to a friend of mine, Stan Haines.

The Bender I picked up is really unique. I could have made fifty guesses and never would have guessed Bender. This is cue has a really old school look. Really sharp points, nice veneers and ringwork. All white is ivory. Love the ivory rectangles in the back.

Yes thats the cue from Cornerstone, you lucky dog I was eyeing that cue hard might be my favorite out of all the cues he had and he had some very stunning cue's.

Jim,
these cues look great,
I especially like the Prewitt, and , make sure you take some time and play with it...
IMO Ed makes a VERY SOLID / GREAT PLAYING CUE!
I look forward to getting one made"
I recently had a birdseye cue Ed made, and the cue really hit great , and attention to to detail in the cue was practically flawless!

Wow very sweet, love the execution of those Prewitt cues, and they also play jam up. Nice collection.
