Fractional Aiming Help Pls

Hi guys im new here, nice to meet you all.

I just want to ask if how do you aim with it?

do you always line up the edge of the cb to the OB's fractional aimpoints before bending and shooting? even in long distance shots?

im not lining up the cb edge to the fractional aimpoints, what im currently doing now is, i aim my cue to the OB's fractional aimpoint(GB center)

please teach me your way of using fractional aiming.

On a shot across a nine foot table my head is 13 feet away from the object ball. I can't "see" a 1/16 fraction hit or so from that far away. Fraction aiming is good for a few shots, like half ball hits. There are better methods for many cut shots.
