Frank Paradcise Cue on eBay no reserve

I looked and thought that is a Paradise. One sweet mother of a Cue.
It could go high.
Nick :)

He was probably trying to discourage others from bidding, so he could get it cheaper. Pretty futile, with all the experts on this board, but nice try, lol.

If you're familiar with Paradise cues, you know this one is real. Some of the plastics in the rings aren't even readily available anymore, and the linen is hard to come by as well, especially in a little bit worn condition. Also, the notion of someone doing a brass joint with the correct joint collars as a fake is beyond belief. It's a real Paradise, and in very good shape.

I've been watching that cue and the two threads about it with great interest.

I am far from an expert on such cues, but I study things. When I first saw the cue I took advantage of the opportunity to look at some good pics of a rare cue. I immediately compared it with others. I did that before the authenticity was questioned.

When it was suggested the cue was a fake I thought to myself ...gee somebody would have had to have taken apart a nice Paradise cue to get the parts to build that "fake" Paradise cue.
