Frank Torres Passed Away

Sorry I don't know details, but Frank was such a class act and great player for so long I thought I'd post. I just read this on Facebook from Ricky Carranco, a trusted source.

WOW! This is shocking. We were friends/combatants for almost 50 years. I'm writing this and can't believe it. My condolences to Frank's family. R.I.P. Frank. See when it's my turn.

RIP Frank, I miss the many sessions we had together at Crystal Palace in Vegas. Sure hope there are hundreds of billiard parlors in the heavens where I am sure you are at.

Frank was a four-time United States 3-Cushion Champion and a one-time runner-up. Back in 2004 I went to his room in Las Vegas to say hello to him but he wasn’t there.

Was just playing 3c with someone who was telling tales of yesteryear and Frank was featured.
