I think it means it took a detour on the way from AR to PA. Either the Post Office screwed up or it had a wrong zip code or something on it.

It was only mailed on April 8 after the posts here and was bought over a month before that.

Don't forget the possibility of April 8th being the second time it was sent too....

I'm not defending anyone, but just making sure all facts are known....;)
