Fraudulant Seller On AZ Forums

Just wanted to give a WARNING WARNING WARNING !!! to all fellow AZers
about a BAD Seller on these Forums. I purchased a 3x6 It's George case
on March 6th from Mike Wilt aka (iamthepoolboy). After a month of attemps to resolve this issue, I never received my case or a Refund of the $ 350 paid for the case. I just wanted to let everyone know that if they choose to deal with Mike (iamthepoolboy) Wilt they are at risk of being
ripped off and will have to deal with the consequences from doing business
with this Fraud.

Very sorry to hear of your highly stressful situation. I hope you get a resolution.
 
That's a bummer. If it were me I would go after the guy for fraud, even if it cost me lots of time and money. There is nothing worse that being cheated. Bad enough if you make a "bad" deal, but it is absolutely sickening when some steals from you.

He has the same moniker for Ebay. I'd keep close attention to his ebay auctions as well as looking into all legal means to go after him.

If the U.S. mail was involved in the transaction, then a federal offense has been committed. In that case contact the U.S. Postal Inspector's Office and file a complaint describing what happened. They ultimatley will appear on the seller's doorstep with a badge and firearm to investigate his side of the story.
 
Was this the tan colored case with someones name on top? I was inches from getting that one...

I am surprised and disappointed that Mike has handled this transaction in this manner. There is no excuse for this. I am embarassed to say that he used me as a reference.

Mike, I ask you to come forward and explain yourself. Please refund Paul immediately if you have not already done so.

You can do all the things right all the time and you have one mishap and you have to deal with this stuff. I have no plans of ripping him off. Just because hid did not get the resopnse he wanted in his time frame. I just wanted to explore all my options since I cannot find the tracking #. I responed to every one of his pm's I just wanted a few more days to see if I could go to the post office and see what I could fine out. I'm no theif. I just wish some of you would put yourselfs In my shoes. I wish some of you that I had flawless transactions with would say something. I just wish people would give me the benifet of the dought. This will be resolved by weeks end. I'm truly sorry this happened, Mike
 
Since the thread is posted, all Chris did was to ask you to explain your side of the story. Until then, we have only one side ...

Do you insure the shipment? Where is the Insurance Form?

So I buy $350 worth of goods from you and quit communicating with you about it's disposition, that's okay...$hit happens. I really doubt if you'd have that attitude. When the man pays his debt then the apology is accepted. I'm the person who told Paul about this forum, so I feel badly that his first buy has come to this. I've bought a considerable amount of merchandise off this forum and it's all turned out well. This is about trust and honor among a select group of people. The attitude, "that's how life is" doesn't cut it.

I use insured FedEx 2 day for all my shipping. It costs a little more, but there is very little chance of a scenario like this.

I ALWAYS USE the U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail, Insured with a Tracking Number. My reason are easy, the Post Office is within walking distance of home, the Mail Gets Delivered in 2-3 Days Normally.

I had ONE PERSONAL NIGHTMARE with Federal Express GROUND, and the COMPANIES INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS was a Nightmare, I will NEVER USE Fed X again.
