I am in the mood to give some fun stuff to kids

I loved funny books when I was a kid,Superman,Batman,but mainlly

Uncle Scrooge and Unca Donald,an occasional Arcie or Jughead
Huey ,Louie and Duey,

These comics I am going to send are kinda old,perhaps wrinkled butmy guess is that the kids will love them


If I find out that you guys don't even have kids and jusy got these for yourself

I will not be surprised,but this is for kids 12 or under,old enough to read

Lets get those kids off those stinkin computers

here's one Dean

My son who is 9 now plays a little here and there. Of course I've tried to show him a few things, and he's played in an APA jr division and gets some time at the boys club playing so he's better than your average 9 year old. Well a year or so ago my whole family took a trip to Branson for a vacation and it just so happened that the house we rented had a decent table in the basement.

He is the youngest and his other 7 cousins range from 10-17 years old. They were all pretty excited to find the table. Of course the boys and their mouths got to jawing at each other and then they proceeded to play a "single elim tournament " My son was picked first as the oldest boys "victim", assuming he would be an easy win.

One by one they fell and at the end of their single elimination "tournament" my son stood alone. Of course it was all in good fun but just seeing the smile on his face warmed me to the core. They just assumed since he was the youngest and smallest he would be an easy target.

The best part of it was how for the rest of the week they ALL wanted to pick my son as their partner... it was great to see him standing tall like that. :D
