Yes it is a league, I have live streamed megabucks once before and was very impressed the way they run there league IMO professionally done.
Dress code strictly enforced, referees not 1 but like 6 in referee attire, matches scheduled every 2 hours.. unsportsmanlike conduct isn't tolerated in any shape or form.
It's a must see to believe live stream... Free to watch

The last one I live streamed had 128 players​

what format is played, discipline, distances etc...(didnt find any info on the homepage)
is there a players list?
what time does it start?

Format is chosen by the winner of the lag. We do 8, 9, and 10-Ball. 8 and 10 are call shot/safety, 9 is call 9-ball only, all ball fouls. Matches are handicapped 9/10 races to 11, 8-ball race to 9 with ball and game spots. And yes, I'll be playing in this. Don't know yet if I'll be on the stream, but you can check out matches from the previous playoffs that Al did on the playMAPL channel on youtube.
