I'll wager this fellow's cable bill, cell phone, and internet (like Icon, said) charges would more than pay for a goodly amount of pool time, yet he would rather resort to petty thievery, and shiestiness.

Or if you are any kind of player with abilities you can do things such as volunteer to give free pool lessons in a senior center. In between lessons you get to hang out and shoot pool.
There are creative ways to fill your needs while paying it forward to society instead of scheming about how to screw others.

There are several ways to get free pool but ripping off someone for it isn't the answer. If you really want to do it the right way then take some of the suggestions on here, offer to help out at the pool hall for some table time.
I was sincere when I said find a friend with a table. Then you can get free time and someone to play against.

Or, find something you are good at and trade it for money. Then trade that money for table time.

Why not try to rob an atm machine with a truck and a chain. It's a win - win situation.
If you get caught, they have pool tables in lots of prisons.
If you don't get caught, you have money to play pool.
Of course my method of choice would be to steal a shopping cart and collect empty bottles and cans.
Volunteer some time at the Local boys and girls Club,
that have a pool table, spend some time with the kids, teaching them some practice patterns.
Also, you can volunteer at the local Senior Centers, a lot of them have pool tables and snooker tables. Volunteer to work during the Lunches or teach and train the Seniors on the the tables and then in turn you can practice also.

I was working 11 hours a day for 12 years straight myself and now on unemployment. I too am sort of in the same boat. I find a few bars within a 10mile radius and find out if they have free pool nights. I have found a couple myself. I'd say just call around and ask some taverns if they have free pool nights
