I just want to remind everyone that the only reason I m doing this is to highlight that this is the case that Jack Justis used to accuse me of being a DESIGN THIEF.

This case model was created by the SAME FACTORY that now makes JUSTIS WEST cases - except that it was created years and years ago and imported by Jack's PROMINENT CUSTOMER J&J America.

In other words Jack Justis' current partner, the Long Chan factory, and his long time customer, were the ones RIPPING OFF HIS DESIGNS and have been for years.

This is the first time I have seen one of these cases on sale here on AZB.

I want to make it clear that I did not make this case, and I did not import it, J&J did along with Long Chan. They are the Design Thieves - except that they aren't anymore because Jack is on their payroll now.

Please do not give me any praise or rep or nice PMs about this. I am still pissed off about Jack's false accusation and more pissed off that he doesn't come roaring in here pointing fingers when one of these cases comes up for sale.

So you are getting a knockoff of a Justis design - made in the same place as the Justis West cases. Now you can have Justis quality and design for $90 or in this one instance - for FREE.

You seem to forget the real reason why I called you a design thief so I guess I will have to post it again to refresh your memory. I was more concerned with your statement below blatenly saying you would have no problem copying a case like in the photo. You can rebutt with all the excuses you want but you can't change whats in black and white.

Actually I was going to import the EXACT CASE that Long Chan had been making for years. I wasn't going to copy it. This case has been on the market for years being sold by YOUR CUSTOMER.

It has been made by the people you are NOW partners with.

Don't LIE Jack. When you started all this you asked about ANOTHER case being made by SOMEONE ELSE. That case is made in Thailand.

Then when you received a private message that might not have even been from me you started three MORE THREADS accusing me of being the DESIGN THIEF that you were allegedly looking for.

You chose to use a case that your OWN CUSTOMER has been bringing in for years. If you didn't care about it when J&J and Long Chan were making it and bringing it into the USA then why should you care if any other company brings in when Long Chan is OFFERING IT TO EVERYONE for sale.

Did you know about this case? If so then why didn't you call them out? Why not brand Long Chan and J&J as design thieves? Or did they copy your design with your permission? If so then why isn't it alright if someone else sells it?

The truth is that you jumped the gun and now you want to lie to cover it up.

The truth is Jack that your Pro-Lite interiors have been coming from China since day one that you introduced them but you continued to sell your cases under a made-in-USA banner. And how many cases does J&J buy from you a year? So it's no wonder that you wouldn't call out the real design thieves.

So now you can tell everyone why they should bother to buy a Justis West when they can get the same quality for $90. Can't they? These cases are made by Long Chan, your partners in the Justis West thing, aren't they?

You can act like you are in the right all day but you're not and never will be as far as this situation goes.

You can try and justify your actions and backpedal all you want to but you know that you are wrong.

So let's try this again with some facts and direct questions,

Is your partner Long Chan a design thief because they made this case and copies of everyone else's as well?
Is your customer J&J America a design thief because they import this case?
Did you deceive your customers by claiming your cases are made in the USA when in fact you were having your interiors done in China?

Do you consider yourself to be a design thief because you are taking money from a company who copies every other case maker?
