Frederic Caudron has run over 900 at balkline if you are willing to count back-to-back-to-back runouts from the first shot of World Championship matches. I don't know why people are so excited about Mosconi's 526. But both of these are insignificant compared to Tom Reece's great run of 499,135 in 1907, which took 5 weeks.
