Frozen ball

So first half is contacting OB second half is OB moving. Nevermind. As I’m thinking about it, that would be half good and half bad. You could argue by freezing on the object ball it is not the correct one. You only did it halfway and it shouldn’t count as a bad hit. Plus the only ball that moved was the correct ball. So in a sense the ball is frozen would be like the CB being frozen. It should be a good hit.

Right...you can't shoot away from the ball you're frozen to.

But there'd have to be some moment the tip and both balls were in contact, soooo...Another paradox.

Like the miscue sound that is 100% ferrule and is called a good hit if legal otherwise.
