I have hit a total of 3 balls with it this cue. As many of you know Mr. Scruggs picked up cue maker of the year for 2009. This cue is #56 on the cue review as seen on the cue review on the scruggs website.

Beautiful cue, pics do not do it justice. I have to say this is one of the best hitting cues i have ever played with period.

Well, I don't know for a fact if Tim is retired or not, but essentially someone can buy the cue, and if Tim isn't retired, sue you for fraud claiming that they suffered damages in the form of paying you more money for the cue than they originally would have because you said Tim was retired which increased the value of the cue in their eyes.

I'd be careful with that claim if I were you.

Whoops, must've seen that other guy's quote of the original post and thought I saw it in the first quote because of that. Forget what I said.
 
I called and takled with Timi today!

I said , " Hay man, what are you doing answering the phone? Don't you know you are retired?" We had a big laugh!!
Very sweet cue. By the way prices are going up. For sure. And not just a little.
