Just seeing if anyone has interest in the above mentioned pin? I had about a hundred made for Mike Bender and Myself. I am have decided to stick with SS joints and won't be using these.

Hmmm . . . I was well aware of 3/8-16's but had never come across a 3/8-14.

Yeah I don't know of a tap for these. I'm sure someone has made one though. Mike taught me to live thread like he currently does. Probably wouldn't be worth having a tap made unless you really wanted these for a permanent solution. I've seen a guy make a tap out of one of the pins before and It was super clean. Again, probably not worth the trouble unless you were bored or determined.

I thought it was a bastard thread too........... a guy asked me to make him a shaft and it had a 3/8-14 thread. I found that it is not really that uncommon.

They are SS304 and I have $7.00 each into them. Just trying to break even or close to it. I have about 100 left.
