FS: 3/8-16 nylon bolts, 8/32 tapped

I drilled and tapped a run of 1" long 3/8-16 nylon bolts to have on hand as an option for reducing weight in a cue that uses this bolt and bumper retaining screw configuration. I have used this a couple of times and it worked well. Because of the way nylon machines I used an oversize tap so the 8/32 screw threads in nicely.

I have more than I need. Anybody want some? For convenience, I would like to sell them in lots of 5 for $20 shipped USPS priority. Three dollars a piece beyond the first lot if someone wants more than 5 (10 for $35, 15 for $50). Edit: Sold Out. I do not have spare 8/32 screws, I am only selling the bolts.

When installing, you should use the widest flat screw driver you have to help prevent stripping the nylon slot edges. I reground a spare chisel so I have a driver for it that matches the wide slot.

I have used 5/16 ths x 1 inch plastic screws for 20 plus years. They work very well.

I was asked how much these weight. They weigh .06 ounces. A like aluminum bolt the same length size weighs .16 ounces. So the difference isn't large, but sometimes that last tenth of an ounce can make a difference.

I don't mind selling someone 2 or 3. The suggestion of selling in lots of 5 was just a suggestion.
