I'm looking to sell a 9 point RICK HOWARD cue, which is in near mint to mint condition. The forearm is a highly figured piece of Bird's-Eye Maple and sports 6 (3 long and 3 short) razor-sharp Cocobolo points. Each of the long points has a recut Bird's-Eye Maple point within. The butt sleeve is also Cocobolo. The cue sports SW style rings in the butt sleeve and on either side of the flat-faced phenolic joint. The wrap is white linen with brown specs. This Howard is 58.0" long with 3 shafts and 58.5" with the 4th shaft. It weighs 19.8 oz., 19.7 oz., 19.4 oz. and 19.3 oz. depending upon which shaft is connected to the butt. The butt weighs 15.9 oz. The shaft diameters are 13.01 mm, 12.97 mm, 12.94 mm and 12.79 mm. The cue rolls straight together and apart. If you are looking for a great playing cue for under $1,100.00, this Howard is for you. My price is $1,085.00 or best offer (payment terms to be agreed upon) delivered by USPS Express Mail to any point in the Continental U.S. with full insurance. Sorry, no trades accepted on this one.

Isnt that Ricks player cue?

That sure looks like the cue that Rick played with.

I can't recall him playing with this cue within the past 2 years..

Not only looks like Rick's personel cue, it looks about $500 to cheap!

If this was ever Ricks personal cue I can't recall it. Not in the last two years anyway.. He was using an ebony 6 pointer for a long time and now is using a plain jane..

Rick lives 20 minutes from me..

I agree . His cues play GREAT!...........

Hi, There appears to be some marks or scratches or some damage on the butt or is that just your photos? Thanks...

This blows my mind

There are almost $900.00 in shafts sitting there and the cue hasn't moved. Mr Rick takes at least 2 years with his shaft wood. I know people with Kershenbrocks that use Rick's shafts instead of their origional shafts. They just like them better.
Like Josh I live in the same area as Rick Howard. I know his cues and work. If this was a forum locals knew about this cue would have sold in 10 minuites. But these old southern boys prefer to hand you cash and you hand them a cue. They for the most part are untrusting when it comes to sending money for a cue or anything else for that matter.
Sweet cue and as usual at Mike's give away unmatched pricing.

You are correct on both counts........I used to own this cue.(as if you don't know that)

This was Rick's personal cue and it is way under priced. I have a big tournament I am attending next weekend and am keeping my cash open for a little action. If it is still for sale in 2 weeks it will be mine again.
