Here is another brand new sneaky that I just received direct from Leon Sly. This one has some KILLER bacote in it, and has an Elforyn Hoppe ring as well as Leon's rare "SLY" logo. This cue has the no collar, wood to wood joint for the hit that very closely resembles a one piece cue. Sly cues are known for their playability...this one is no exception.

Spacifications:
-Butt: 15.3oz
-Shaft: 3.7oz, 13mm, Juma, LePro
-This cue balances at 19" from the end of the butt
-3/8x10 wood to wood joint
-Straight grain maple forearm
-Killer grained bacote points, and body...points almost dead-even
-Elforyn Hoppe ring with "SLY" logo
-Black phenolic butt cap

SOLD!! Thanks!

Joe

I bought two of these Sly cues from Bama and wouldn't sell either one for $600.
Sly makes a great quality cue and the value is there. Prediction: " Sly cues will become famous."

What's the balance point, from the butt, when assembled ?

Are these spliced blanks bought or does Sly make them?

Leon does not build his sneaky pete blanks. I really don't know of more than 1 or 2 cuemakers who build there own blanks, but then those cues become "full-splice" cues for high dollars. Leon buys select blanks from Schmelke, Mark Bear and others.

This is a very nice blank...points are even.
