A little side-note about this cue .............
I first saw this cue in the early 1970's. At that time, it was owned by Jimmy Matz. Did George build the cue for Jimmy? Or was Jimmy the first owner? I don't know. But he sold the cue to a friend of mine in 1975, who, then, sold the cue to the present owner shortly after having obtained it.
One thing that always stood out in my mine from when I shot a few balls with the cue back then was, that the hit felt almost special or magical and better than any cue I had ever played with up until then.
