Here are 2 brand new cues that I just received direct from Jim Pierce. The fancy player has some real killer bacote with real nice 24 dash ringwork and lizard print wrap. The "old-school" is a Szamboti tribute that Jim did. He saw an old Szamboti cue at one of the events that he was at and it had the goncola alves forearm and the natural/green/orange/black veneers, and he thought a nice Hoppe style cue done that way would be super....and it is. The finish on both cues is great...you can see how they almost look "wet" in the pix.

Cue # 1: Bacote fancy player....
Specifications:
-Butt: 15.5oz (adj)
-Shaft: 3.5oz, 12.85mm, Juma, Emerald
-0.851" at joint
-19" balance point
-3/8x10 wood to wood joint
-Black phenolic rings with 24 maple dashes at all positions, A/B/C/D/E
-Beautiful bacote forearm and butt sleeve...forearm is killer
-Lizard print black leather wrap
-Black phenolic butt cap
-Butt measurements: 1.200" right below the wrap and 1.25" at the butt cap
-Signed "JPierce '11" above butt cap

SOLD, pending receipt of payment

Cue #2: Goncola alves/Ebony old-school cue: SOLD!! Thanks!

Saw these cues in person...That Bacote is wild...I mean wild...Nice cue...Great price for it...Both cues are nice.....

Joe,
Your pics make no justice to those cues. I was at Jim's shop right after he put the first coat and they looked awesome already. Great deal guys! Jim's cues play on the stiff side but not like a post. Very lively and very solid.

Thanks...you are dead-on. The pix do no justice at all. They look much nicer in person...they almost sparkle, they look so wet...really polished up nicely.

Also, Jim's attention to detail is remarkable. Here is a shot of his rubber bumper and the inside of the bacote cue's butt (the ebony one is done the same way). He engraves his bumper and also finishes his cue on the inside of the bumper...I don't know of many others who go to this detail. Please disregard the liquid on the edge of the rubber bumper. I had some detergent on my hand when I picked the cue up and did not notice that I got it on the butt until after I blew up the pix.

I have 2 Pierce cues and I would be hard pressed to sell either one. They hit nice and stiff, but you still get action on whitey when it counts!!

Thanks everyone for all your positive feedback.
Joe, I hope you were stocked when you open up your box this afternoon. I really enjoyed building the old schooler for you.
Thanks again, talk to you soon,
Jim Pierce

Pierce Cues

I just bought a Jim Pierce cue last month.

I don't know how he does it, but it's absolutely the best hitting cue I've owned. I'm already talking with Jim about a second cue.

As other posters have said, it has a hit on the stiff side & you get really nice control.

The craftsmanship & finish are hard to top.

You can't go wrong with one of Jim's cues.

When I grow up, I want to be the sole sales agent for JIM PIERCE CUES!
DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR Jim's cues are top shelf!

(TAP - 63 yrs old.) LOL!!:clapping::woot::bow-down:

Thanks guys....ringwork very "Cog-ish"...maple instead of silver...butt diameters posted...this one is NOT a fat butt cue...very much standard in size.
