Nice cue. What happened to the original shafts?? I figured it out. Thanks JIm

What does the butt weigh by itself? How much does the weight bolt weigh?

Thanks, Dave

I didn't see your question Dave, as I don't usually monitor my posts. I'll weigh the butt this evening and also see if I can extract the weight bolt. I haven't took one of of a Schon, so I expect it will come out without a special tool.

I have been meaning to send the cue photo to Evan. I think this cue is either a very limited model or a one of a kind made for Billiards Warehouse. A few Schon freaks say they have not seen this cue before!

Dave, The butt weighs 15.67 oz. The weight bolt weighs .68 oz. The 1" thick rubber bumper could also be replaced with a conventional 1/2" bumper and phenolic spacer to save more weight. The butt could lose .50 oz. real easy and about .75 oz or so with a little effort as described. Thanks, Martin

Martin, the cue is definitely not a LTD. I have two from 1993, and they have the "Schon LTD" on the butt. They're old enough that even Evan had no idea what the original model numbers were.

The cue was sold a few weeks ago to a satisfied buyer.

Thank you. That sucks. A little too late. Did you ever find out the model # of the cue? If you did, can you pm me with it? I'd like to find one like it.

No, I don't know for sure but I think this cue was an unmarked limited edition. You could contact Schon for further info.
