FS: Fancy Scruggs, Prewitt, Sugartree, Ariel C. TAD, Flying "W" & McDermott Bushka
Some good stuff here:
1: Flying W, Bob Weir vintage, but new, never used Butterfly cue with stitch rings. Just beautiful! $500.
Standard 58" cue
Butt weighs: 16 oz
Shaft weighs: 4 oz
Tip: 12.85 mm
Pin: 5/16 18
2: Tim Scruggs from I believe, mid 90's in a style you will not see very often. Very rare gold-lip pearl inside Ivory razor blade boxes in butt sleeve. The pearl looks like white MOP when viewed straight on but when you move it it goes dark gold - very cool effect. Jumbo ivory diamonds in dark cocobolo points, multi-diamond patterns in butt. All white in the cue is ivory as is one ferrule, the other one is LBM. Perfect points and veneers, road stripe ring work done in gold (brass) and ivory plus the TS logo is done in gold all to tie in with the interesting pearl. $SOLD.
Standard 58" cue
Butt weighs: 15 oz
Shaft 1 weighs: 4.02 oz w/ 13.01 mm tip
Shaft 2 weighs: 4.02 oz w/ 13.07 mm tip
Pin: 5/16 14
Joint: ss piloted
3: Ariel Carmeli Tad tribute with tremendous birdseye and beautiful TAD style rings including the thick nickel. New, test hit only. $750.
Standard 58" cue
Real Cortland fine linen wrap (nothing feels nicer in your hands - well, okay, besides those)
3/8 10 pin
flat faced joint
butt weighs 15 oz
shaft 1 weighs 4 oz with 12.82 mm
shaft 2 weighs 4 oz with 12.87 mm
4: McDermott Balabuska tribute. I don't remember the specific details but there were a very limited number of these made by Jim McD and were old stock full splice blanks, maybe 30 or 40 years old? It is 19 oz and shaft is 13 mm. As you can see (or maybe not with my camera work) the pricetag says $1099. My price is $575.
5: Ed Prewitt hoppe style cue in ebony with nicely figured birdseye and his trademark fancy pau shell dots ringwork, in practically new condition. Black pigskin wrap. No scratches, nicks or dings of any kind. $SOLD.
6: Sugartree bocote wrapless with purpleheart forearm and one of Eric's absolute killer shafts. If you like the typical very stiff Sugartree hit, this one is gonna get you real excited. The bocote into purpleheart points is a breathtaking combo of woods. $950.
Standard 58" cue
Butt weighs: 15.5 oz
Shaft weighs: 4.01 oz w/ 13.07 mm tip
Pin: 3/8 10
