Bought this from Alex a while back when he was in Toronto, it's the mezz shaft that he used to win the masters in 08 with. It's also the same shaft that he used against SVB in their first race to 100 which you can see from the screenshot below.

Looking for offers, would like an instroke case of some sort.

Weighs 3.43oz. and is 12.3mm thick and fits 5/16x14 pins. Alex also had the finish at the bottom of the shaft taken down to right around where the lettering is as you can see from my pics. The screenshot while blurry shows this as well.

I have a hp2 shaft that weighs 3.9 oz. I wonder why theres a half oz weight difference. Was turned down alot maybe? Mine is for a 3/8x10 pin.

Looks to me like it was "skinned" Filipino style Less sticky in the humidity I think?

Yes definitely. I have a big problem with mine being sticky. Its nice be ause it stays white and no chalk gets in lol but its really unplayable it gets so sticky. Im going to do the same to mine becaus i cant take it anymore lol. Im not sure thatd take .55 oz out of the weight though. Maybe they tapered it at the bottom some. Oh well was just curious.
