You forgot the third possibility (that you are lying). And if you want to convince people that you aren't lying, it would have been nice if you actually responded to Ken's comments rather than ignored them.
 
I think it is going to be really hard to make any kind of decent response if he is having difficulty expressing himself.

Even speaking on the phone it is sometimes really difficult to understand.

I just hope all this passes soon. Not a really great way to start off the new year.

I have an old cue, maker unknown that I will trade. The cue is in rough shape, slightly warped and the butt spins but it does have the original shaft and it does play very good. I will trade for your cue with no shafts.

No, 500 euro not necessary. The cue is old enough that it could be a Balabushka. I'm thinking of posting pictures to get it identified. If it turns out to be a Bushka then the deal is off. Better act now while it is still unknown.

I'm just joking with you, but to be honest I wouldn't trade with you because I don't thing you are a straightforward person. You send Bill Schick a broken cue, complain that he doesn't fix it, he replaces it with a new cue just for the cost of a repair and then you claim he didn't send the shafts.

I don't know Bill Schick from Adam but I think you hustled the guy out of a new cue and in the process took advantage of an older guy who isn't in the best of health.

That is my honest opinion, take it for what it is worth.

Flower, just a note that would probably help you out quite a bit. I am around non-English speaking people pretty often, and I understand that translation can be a pain. I would find it pretty hard to believe, particularly in Germany, that you don't know anyone who could help you out in translating your native tongue to English more fluently that you can. It is nothing personal, but your posts are quite hard to decipher, and your choice of wording may be coming across differently than you intend. Good luck with your sale. I don't understand your comment about confidant Roy Malott and Bill Schick? Does that mean you would be ok with an escrow service? I think most on here would first think of using Scot Sherbine at proficientbilliards.com

If you are speaking of using Bill Schick, this would seem extremely odd. As I understand it, you are not even on speaking terms with him anymore????
