For sale is a Jacoby jump cue that I would rate at about 95%. Only flaw is a small ding in the butt (pictured below).

13.05 mm tip, 4 oz. shaft, 3 oz. butt, 40" total length, 5/8" brass ferrule, phenolic tip, 3/8x10 joint pin, 0.860" joint diameter. Finish is deep and glossy and really brings out the curly figure in the maple. The maple used has a lot of curls in it and is very tight grained. Has finger groove for dart jumping and a knob on the back for easy gripping. Rolls straight and jumps better than anything I've tried.

I'm asking $70 shipped via USPS Priority Mail in the continental US. Payment accepted through PayPal or certified funds (money order or cashier's check). I will also consider trading this towards a cue with a 3/8x10 joint or a nice 1/2, or 3/6 case, or who knows?

If you need any other pictures or higher quality pictures, please drop me a PM and include your e-mail address and I will send them to you ASAP. Any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks a lot for looking and I hope everyone is enjoying 2007 so far!

Jacoby jumper

A friend of mine and fellow player got one of these from his wife for Xmas, and it is nice, but he has not mastered it yet ... LOL People that own these though seem to forget that they can actually jump with the stroke method with them as well as the dart method.

Question: How in the world did you ever get a ding in a jump cue butt? I can understand a regular cue's butt getting a ding, but not a jump cue butt??? And, I think it helps buyers or potential buyers to know why you are selling it.

Thanks for the kind words Koinnkid!

I actually barely ever have to use the dart method to jump as I find using the stroke method with this cue provides all the lift I need.

As for the ding on the butt, I had the jump cue connected together in my case with the butt sticking out when someone walked by and knocked my case over. It sucks, but at least the ding isn't that big.

Thanks for the nice words Rodcar! (Nice screen name btw  )

I tried and read up on a lot of jumpers before deciding on the Jacoby and really think I made a good choice. I carry a J/B cue now and need the extra shaft hole in my case, otherwise I would probably keep it around.

Cue is still available...for the time being.

I own one and love it. Great price shipped, I havn't found one better yet. I think the retail is 125-135.00. Deacon

Still for sale or trade.

If you don't like it or it's not as described, send it back to me and I'll send you a refund minus shipping.

PM's replied.

One last bump. Feel free to make offer via PM if you don't like the price.

White Diamond

You think they jump good now, you should see it with a white diamond installed. I have a fella in my hall getting over five pieces of chalk with a ball on top and still makng the ball he was aiming at.

Thanks for the advice Billy. I was actually thinking about putting a White Diamond on it just for fun, but I was happy with the way it was working and figured if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

One and only price reduction. If it doesn't sell, I'll just keep it. Now $70 shipped.
