FS: James White Amboyna Burl Hoppe Cue With Lizard Wrap & Flame Veneers - MINT - L@@K

I'm looking to sell a JAMES WHITE Amboyna Burl hoppe cue, which is in MINT CONDITION and dated August 2006. The forearm features 4 razor sharp Amboyna Burl points into Bird's-Eye Maple. Each point has 4 flame veneers (yellow, orange, red and and black). The butt sleeve is Amboyna Burl and sports an Ivory hoppe ring. The wrap is burgandy Lizard. The cue comes with 2 shafts, each of which has an Ivory ferrule and a Moori tip. The shafts are 12.88 mm and 12.86 mm, and roll dead straight together and apart. The cue is 58.0" long and weighs 19.2 oz. with either shaft; the butt alone weighs 15.6 oz. The cue has a piloted stainless steel joint with a 5/16-14 screw. My price is $1,635.00 or best offer (form of payment to be agreed upon) delivered by USPS Express Mail to any point in the continental U.S. with full insurance. Just lucky, I guess. This is the second time I have owned this cue. I bought it back because it is so darn beautiful.

No, the cue has not been refinsihed, and yes the lizard wrap is original and was put on the cue by James White. This White is MINT.

Just a Heads up...Your discription on ebay states that your cue has an ivory piloted joint. You may want to check it..
 
If I'm not mistaken, I owned this cue once. Got it from Mike, as a matter of fact. If it's the same cue I used to have, it's a gorgeous piece of work. Great burl, clean points and veneers, and a pretty sporty hitter, too. It looks like brand new!!!

Money must be very tight across the nation this year because a year ago this cue sold in less than 16 hours on AZB. Best regards.

Money is definatly tight for cues right now. You remember my James White Blue Book cue i'm sure and it sold in less than 8 hours the first time and I tried for 2 months to sell it the second time and the cue was immaculate! I hope things pick up soon.....

Has someone gotten into your account on Ebay? The prcie has jumped from 1650 to 3100. Strange to me. Great looking White also.
