FS Mcdermott Jump Break only .99 Cents to Bid

So is it cracked or scratched? Should be fairly easy to tell the difference. With a cue being sold as is, this would be some info that would be helpful to you and the buyer.

From your Ebay ad:

"Up for Auction is Mcdermott Jump Break Cue...
The Cue has some wear and tear on it. There seems to be a crack running from the forearm down to the butt. I tried to inspect further and it appears that it may only be a scratch, IMO the integreity of the cue has not been compromised. Item Sold as is"

No disrespect intended, but if the cue is cracked from the forearm to the butt, the integrity of the cue probably has been compromised.

After really looking at the pic, I would say it was cracked. Just dont see how a "scratch" could show up so well in a picture even as it goes around the butt. I just dont buy the scratch story.

It would make sense if it is a crack, being a break cue, i'm sure it makes some sort of obvious noise, especially when it's being sold as is.

I can't imagine you directing anyone from this site to look at this cracked cue
Good luck with your sale

The reason I listed it as scratched is I looked at the damage with a jewelry loop, and the scratch doesnt go all the way thru the cue, it stops at the black coating.... When the cue is apart the scratch doesnt run thru the cue, unlike a cracked ferrule that runs all the way
