FS: Medium Moori Tips (Updated)

After some long consideration I have decided to sell off 6 of my first generation medium Moori tips. In the picture you will see I have written 1st on one of the tips. I wrote that on there many years ago so I wouldn't get them mixed with my others.

$80 each or
$400 takes them all

After many PM's read with possible trades, I would consider trading the tips for a Meucci SE-12 model. Other then that, cash takes them home. Hope this eliminates some confusion.

He joined in 2005, you joined in 2010. I don't understand that comment.
Are you saying he's overpriced? He's making an offer based on supply and demand. There are "old generation" AZers who would rather lose a finger before giving up a 1st gen Moori tip for twice that price.
Maybe I just misunderstood your comments. I apologize if that's the case, it just seemed odd.
 
These original Moori are so hard to let go :( ...some of the best tips that money can buy. I believe these the first generation when the start labeling them with the Hardness stamp. The original, didn't have any marking and were one hardness when they were introduced. I still have one tip left that didn't have the label on them and few original with the labels. These tips are super rare to find now a day..but well worth the money.

Interesting. If those are the best tips, how come everyone is trying to sell them here?
I saw at least 3 posts offering "Original Moori, THE BEST IN THE WORLD"
Perhaps they are not the best after all huh?

IMO it's probably like the assault weapons,magazines,&ammo price inflation. Since these tips are demanding the money people wanna cash in and keep a small stock for themselves. I don't blame them,get the $green$
 
Well looks like the sale fell through. No biggie. I think I'm gonna hold on to them. Thanks again for the interest everyone.

$80.00 for all six tips would not be a crazy price at all.

But if the OP is asking $80.00 per tip, then I'd politely decline. That kind of dough could buy 4-5 Tiger Onyx tips, or something perhaps as good from Kamui, Talisman, or Molavia.

To each his own, but $80.00 per tip is "fools gold," with all of the other offerings in the current marketplace.
 
pool is a game of confidence so if you gamble alot or play a lot of big tournaments and you you really like these tips and you couldnt get them any cheaper then it would be worth the money spent. ive seen one miscue and cost someone alot of geen. just my opinion
