The united joint looks like this.... regular 5/16x 14 shafts either flat faced or piloted will fit the pin with the only exception of the schon pilot.

You can always sell the WD700 to someone as it will fit a joss and schon butt (I know from experience).

This cue now goes for $420 online with a retail of $495.
