FS; Milk Dud Tips New Price

I've had an Olney that I've been playing with for quite some time. I had been playing with the tip that was on it when I got it from Bob Farr - Bob told me at one point he thought it might be a milk dud. I knew I liked it very much and used it until it seemed too worn down to continue. The day before yesterday I installed one of the milk duds that I got from Jeff. Finally got to play some tonight with the new tip on the cue.

All I can say is "I LIKE IT!!". And I think Bob was right about the older tip that had been on the cue - the one I hated to finally replace. In any case, the new milk dud from Jeff seems to play exactly the same.

I used to have different tips on my cues- medium or soft- using whichever one I was 'feelin' on a given day.

Recently, I had my tip guy replace all my tips with the dawg-duds.

They are that good, IMO.

Just got mine in and had two installed (one on my playing shaft and one on my best back up shaft). Only shot a couple of racks on each tip so far, but am VERY impressed. Vyc Carolino (Vyc on AZB) did the install, great job! I also had the pleasure of spending about two hours playing on Vyc's Gold Crown, set up by none other than Glen (RealKingCobra)...wow, what a table! It's not hype, that man knows how to set up a table.

I'll post a better review once I've put some miles on these tips...but I can say I've spent my last $35 on a layered tip, that's for sure! :thumbup:

Long time no talking with or buying from you, I'm sorry :wink:

Since I've tried your tips the first time (about one yeah ago, right?), I tried dozens other tips (yeah, the always curious me), and yours are still THE BEST in my book.

I use them on my playing cue, my break cue, and my jump cue. I installed several dozens of them for myself and my friends, and all of them are identically great! No, guys, not a single tip I bought from Jeff was a bad one! They are that good!

I will buy some more soon, maybe around X'mas. For now I just wanna let everybody knows how great the famous "dawg duds" are. :thumbup:

Just a quick note to thank Jeff for making and and sharing his great tips! And all for a fraction of a price for his time and effort. Not to mention that his customer service and a pleasure to do business with.

I've played wiht a Kamui Black Hard for the past two years. I really liked it but always worried about miscueing doing long follow shots with the CB against the rail. Also when doing a hard masse'. Finally tried a morri med (slow), morri soft (slow), then a Ultra Skin Med, Ultra Skin Very Soft, and finally a Samson S2. I have a Joe Porper Model B Cue Lathe so changing tips is a no brainer for me. In the back of my mind the Milk Dud was on my list to try but I always chickend out. After not being totally satasfied with the Samson S2, I finally bit the bullet and orderd some of Jeff's Milk Duds (while waiting for the new Ultra Skin Pro that I recently orderd). Bottom line is in the short time I've had Jeff's MIlk Dud on I'm really, really impressed and glad I finally tried them. Thank You Jeff!! :thumbup:

You know, its funny you should say this. I have a milkdud on one shaft and a Kamui on another. After many months of using them both, I am done with the Kamui. I think there is no comparison in accuracy and feel between the 2. I will be trying a G2 again just for the heck of it, but the QPR for these tips is off the charts.
