FS: my personal cue

8 years ago we wanted to prove something...
without the aide of modern equipment cnc, dividers, mill, indicators, machine lathe
this cue was made almost barely by hands (hand cut/sanded/inlaid) with some primitive/jurassic tools... design was consive/sketch in a cigarette foil paper back (quite unique during the era) took months to complete...
cant really remember on how fast it was ;)
every angle/detail/spacing/alignment was done manually.
it gave us fame, have won several amature trophies in pool tournaments
with it...

fitted with pred shafts with molavia/moori III-Q
19.75 onces, refinish last year with dupont, wrap with seasnake from ER
all white is ivory.

im thinking of sacrificing it for survival...:confused:
will be refinish, re-wrap, tip of your choice, new set of protectors, custom 2x4 case comes with set jumpcue

cue will be at a show (USA) later this year '07

Very Nice cue, I can also appreciate the craftsmanship needed to do this work.
 
holy shit linds- that cue looks amazing! If i had the $$$ i'd have that cue. Best of luck with the sale.

price...very reasonable! ( i do hope, than pushing it here locally)
I had turn down several offers on this cue years ago even marlon manalo that almost ruined our friendship.
the cue is 8y/o going 9 still in excellent condition...the black line is cause
by table rubber collar marks...pix was rushly taken...notice that even powder marks are visible.:eek:

in view of recent unexpected development/s passing-away of my dad... and to somewhat fullfil his request on to me (return to our hometown) and help him out.... the family have decided "me" taking over our interest being the eldest son... mom/sis are in st.paul mn./san jose, ca respectively.
might be managing our restaurant, gas stn, motor shop... in turn i'll be
out of pool scene for awhile... (or set it aside as hobby on free time)

my personal cue n' cue family be up for bid
(bro/sis of my cue be complited)

all with highly figured BE forearm combo with pink ivory/cocobolo/tulip/bacote/rosewood/amboyna/snakewood similar ring work patern
inlaid with ivory, choice of linen/leather(exotic) wraps, radial 3/8 or 5-16x14 pins

I wouldn't mind adding another Linds to my stash .. especially wrapless one but I'd also liek to request you post your asking price, thanks.
 
cue/s are up for bid...
better if you would get it as a whole cue family-designer series (lot basis) consist of 12 one-of-a-kind / similar to one another (ring design) customs
have started making them 3 years ago...estimated completion is by mid 2008

locally have a standing offer of us$2,500 for my personal cue...
add 11 more last masterpiece...;)
