OP should answer but I would say they are not True shafts. The True shaft has a much shorter ferrule.

Standard excellent Samsara shafts. There is no True Shaft decal AND no mention whatsoever that the shafts are True Shafts. Just a great cue

Why is the ring etched with John Davis blank. Kills the cue IMO.
