I am selling one of my Tad cues. I love this cue, but it is not my main player and I'm looking to thin the herd. If you have any questions let me know... I'm pricing this cue to sell quickly.
- Tad 1-M Model (2012)
- Weight - ~19.2oz
- BEM forearm and butt with traditional Tad ring work in the butt
- 5/16x18 pin (SS joint)
- Shaft 1: 12.9mm (standard Tad taper) - Tad layered tip
- Shaft 2: 12.4mm (shaft was modified with Filipino taper and brought to 12.4mm by Joey Bautista of Bautista cues in CA) - Kamui Medium Brown tip (different now than pic)
Cue has the original Tad lacquer finish... only some minor flaking (barely noticeable) in certain areas of the cue. There are 3 minor dings in the cue overall... two in the butt cap and one in the forearm. I'm only mentioning because they are there... you can't see them unless you are looking under a light. There is a chip in finish in the delrin butt cap that is visible to the naked eye, but is very minor and nothing a refinish couldn't fix. Overall, the finish is still in very good shape.
Overall, the cue is in outstanding condition and rolls dead straight together and apart.
EDIT: I went back and double checked the cue to make sure it rolls straight. Both shafts roll dead straight on a table. The butt actually has the slightest of slightest wobbles on a table. It is so slight that when I roll the cue I don't notice it at all. I only noticed the slight wobble when I bent over to look to see if their was any light under joint end of the butt as it was rolling. This is when I noticed it. It is so small that it is barely visible even if you are looking for it but I want to be as upfront about the condition of the cue as I can. If I had to venture a guess, it's less than 32nd of an inch. With either of the shafts, when the cue is together, the cue rolls straight. Just keeping it honest.
