Thanks for all who checked this thread out. But with so much good and better deals being posted on forum, it's very hard to compete. They are now being moved to EBAY with no reserve and if they bring much less than what i paid for, great deal on the highest bidder then.

Well, just found out that we're expecting a baby about eight months from now. So, to get a good start, a couple of my babies have to go to make room for the one coming. The plan was to keep the cues for a very long time. But you all know about having plans. As far as deals that I had going and still up in the air, I?ll still follow through. And the same goes for the raffles that I joined.
Here are the specs:
Scruggs tulipwood - birds-eye maple forearm, four tulipwood points with five veneers (black, natural, blue, blue, natural), tulipwood butt-sleeve with a derlin butt-cap (TS), leather wrap, stainless steel joint (5/16-14) with silver rings, two shafts around 13mm (one used and one slightly used with ivory ferrule), weighs just above 19 oz on either shaft. gone to ebay
Scruggs sp - true sneaky pete style. purpleheart with no joint collars, one original shaft around 13mm. straight together and apart. Finish is in great condition except around the rubber stop, where it started to flake. Other than that, looks awesome. weighs just below 19 oz with a 5/16-14 joint screw. sold
Scruggs sp ? possible goncalvo alves with a hoppe ring (TS), solid black joint collar, 5/16-14 joint screw, two used shafts (one original around 13mm and the other is not ? don?t know where the other came from, but hits like the original). weighs just above 19 oz on either shaft. gone to ebay
Scruggs sp ? most likely purpleheart with a derlin butt-cap (TS), brown phenolic joint sleeve, 5/16-14 joint screw, two used shafts (one original around 13mm without joint collar the other is a predator around 12.75mm with a solid black collar). weighs just above 19 oz on either shaft. gone to ebay
Scruggs sp ? bacote with a black butt-cap (TS), solid black joint collar, 5/16-14 joint screw, two used shafts (one original around 13mm and the other is not ? don?t know where the other came from, but hits like the original). weighs just above 19 oz on either shaft. sold

Thanks again for checking it out.

Is the Predator 314 shaft thats pictured for sale ?? If so does it fit the Scruggs SP with the Black butt cap and match up perfect. If so let me know what you have to have for it. I have the same sruggs sp and i'm looking for a 314.

I've had the same model as the bacote. One of the best hitters I've ever hit with. Hits different than the sneakys with no joint collars.

I have recently decided that I want to get a Scruggs again. But having a baby due in two months is keeping me from pulling the trigger. Congratulations on yours! I know it's tough to sell your cues it was tough to sell mine years ago to pay for a honeymoon. This is a much better reason though. Good luck with the sale!
