Hello,
Up for a sale probably one of the most incredible James White cues I have seen and owned. I am trying to cash out on this cue to get a hope (less fancy) James White.
The only cues I would be looking into partial trades would be another James White, Prewitt, Southwest and Sugartree.
I will edit this post later this afternoon with weight and dimensions.
Butt: 15.3oz
2 Shafts (ivory ferrules): 3.7oz
Total Weight w/either shaft: 19oz
Joint: Flat faced ivory 3/8 10
Wrap: Cue has the most incredible dirty white lizard leather wrap.
Woods: Woods being used are tulipwood (nose and butt), points have hollywood, ebony, 3 veneers. Rings are tulipwood and cue has no dings or scratches. It is in immaculate condition.
Cue from James White is not to far off from 4K.
Price is $OLD!.

I can't believe it either but what a great deal at $3450.00
The cue is perfect

Good luck, Tony is great to deal with

I think I have responded to all the pm's. Let me know if I missed any of them.
Thanks for all the super nice comments. I have had 2 very tempting cash+trade offers. If you want to do a cash offer, fire away, cash is king
I have also updated the specs. If you want to know something else, let me know.

I can't believe you are letting this one go.... this is one of nicest cues I've ever seen.

Good luck with the sale.

Beautiful cue. Pretty rare to see all even sized points like that. James White will definitely be headed to the cue makers hall of fame.

Cue is a beauty ! Funny how you and I have owned a lot of the same cues. I owned this one a couple of years ago and it was always the cue everyone commented on.

Best of luck with the sale,

Matt

Thanks Matt. I guess we have good taste in cues then my friend.
This James White was actually stored away on a private collectors case most of the time, there is not even a dust of bluing on any of the shafts.
This cue looks like it just came from James White lathe, in pristine, sparkling condition. James White has by far the best point and veneers I have ever seen.

When I had this cue built James did something extra special. All 16 points are the same length. Not so hard to do up top but in butt with taper going opposite way, was fun for him..Usually they are staggered. I had all attentions of playing with this cue but I had to sell it. $$$$ was needed. It has my favorite wrap.
Good luck with the sale. The cue is a eye catcher and flawless.

Hey Kenny,
I am not sure if it will last this weekend actually. I doubt. But I might go to California Billiards this coming Sunday ;)

I really can't tell from those crappy pics, but it looks like a pretty nice piece of lumber.
