Here we have a very unique cue made by Mike Johnson of Jensen cues. The cue has a very interesting sleeve with inlays of silver and ivory, the forearm is a very highly figured piece of bird's eye maple. Cue is in overall excellent condition and is a great player. SOLD!

Specs:

Butt: 15.5 oz....29"....5/16-14 piloted steel joint

Shaft 1: 12.85 mm....3.8 oz....ivory ferrule

Shaft 2: 12.80 mm....3.9 oz....synthetic ferrule

both shafts have a minor taper roll in the middle, there will be no disappointments with this cue.

I have a Jensen and it is my current player. Great cue for the money. In my opinion they are underpriced for the quality and playability.

Mike has been making cues longer than most of us have played. He is very particular about the choice of materials.

Good luck on the sale.

Thanks for the input, I agree that these cues are underrated and do play extremely well. This one just happens to be very unique too.

Thanks,

Doug

Will take trades on this one if you've got something in the price range, I will also throw some money in to go up.

Thanks Poolrod, bump for some more trade offers, I have had quite a few, but nothing that's fit the bill yet.

Thanks,

Doug

i used to own this cue, so i can tell you from experience it is one of the best examples of mike's work. as everyone knows, mike has a reputation for building great playing cues and this one is no exception.

Thanks for the input Skip, I did something I very rarely have to do and dropped the price $100. This cue is the best cue on the forum for the money.

I sold the cue to Skip & I obtained it from the original owner who bought it from Mike in Memphis at a tournament, I believe it was in 2007. Cue is very elegant in person & feels & plays great. Exceptional shafts.

Thanks for the info, I can't believe this cue hasn't moved! I will look at trades up, I would be willing to pay up to $1000 on top.

Thanks,

Doug
