Here is an oldie but a goodie..

70s Scruggs, verified visually by picture by Tim himself. He said it's worth about $4800. All the white is ivory (except the buttcap). I am entertaining ALL offers. Don't be shy you might be surprised.

Here are the pics...

Holy cow that is super nice! I myself own a TS from 1980 and it plays lights out. I wish I owned this one as well. Good luck with your sale. What's the diameters of the shafts if I may inquire?

I love this cue!

This cue is just amazing. Timi's work has inspired so many builders. His ealry high end stuff and until reciently for the most part newer high end cues just never have been seen to be appreciated by the masses.
He really is just that good. And has been for 35 years or so! His cues continue approach perfection.
People think Bob Frey just built sneakies with Timi. Fact is they built cues like this together for years.
If you would be kind enough to PM me a $ it would be appreciated confidential.
I may not be able to buy it for a month but I will keep it in the back of my mind. A couple titlist cues funny enough one of Timi's and one of Bob's have busted me for a little while. But as I said I do love this cue!
Thanks,
Nick :)

I had a tough time selling a 1982 Scruggs that was really a terrific cue, both in looks and playability. I let it go too cheap. I certainly would not let the age of this cue influence a perspective buyer, I'll bet it plays beautifully.

I agree completely. I have played with a lot of pool cues, and my Scruggs is the best hitting, hands down. Ive hit with a Southwest, Harris, Phillipi, etc, and no comparison, Scruggs plays better to me. It amazes me that some people that call themselves pool players have no idea how good Scruggs cue is.

What are the specs? Is all straight? If so what's the price? Cut out the cat and mouse, the cue is not worth what you're fishing for. Nice cue but be real. Bob

You have a nice cue and i'm a Tim Scruggs cue fan. I have a very nice Scruggs cue myself and Tim and Mike are 2 of the best cue makers in the business in my opinion. I think you'd have better luck selling your cue if you would list a price that you would sell the cue for.

It is his cue and if you don't like his price, move on. His cue, his price.
