I was there a month ago. I agree it’s a very nice place. My only complaint is that they had a Rasson Victory 2 table on their web site showing the table on the showroom floor. I made a specific trip there to look at that table and it wasn’t there anymore, it was replaced with the OX table that I wasn’t interested in.What a great place. Clean well lit knowledgeable staff. So did you look at the OX? What did you think of the construction? From what I can tell from pictures the base is the only real difference between the Victory and the OX.I was there a month ago. Yes that is the place. I got a shaft retapped and as I was there a dad and young son came in to get his cue lightened. A older couple came in wanting to create a game room. The couple was impressed with the selection and the help they were receiving.
Employee lightened the cue and then was helping the young man with a lesson on playing long reach shots.
Friends tell me practically all the players go there for new tips. Great work done while they wait.
I played a few times at Bangin Balls in Vegas. Table played well enough and I didn’t have any issues with that. When you crawl under the table to look at the frame it’s pretty underwhelming. Looks like some skinny aluminum beams. I’ll take the Diamond Professional or even a GC6 before the OX. The Victory might be the same but I was thinking the Victory2 was an improved version, that’s what I wanted to see.So did you look at the OX? What did you think of the construction? I was thinking the Victory/ Victory 2 was the same top as the OX just different base. I could be wrong as im not sure what the update was on the Victory 2. I think you got the right idea about seeing one in person before spending the money if at all possible.I played a few times at Bangin Balls in Vegas. Thanks for the follow up.I just got this statement back from Rasson
"The VictoryII Plus and OX are same in rails, rubber cushion, aluminium alloy beam, slates etc., they are only different in appearance with different leg design"
