Do full have ferrules make a difference verses thru hole ferrules. i was just curious.

I think a lot of things can come into play here. A capped ferrule can be low deflection. It just depends on what you do under it.

Different feel and hit for sure, but there's many other factors that comes into play. Tenon diameter, ferrule and tenon length, ferrule material etc.

Extremely subjective. Also the differences are subtle enough that other factors will very likely make it inconsequential.
