The NFL's fastest 40 time is 4.2 seconds or 19.5 MPH. So a head on collision by the faster players on the field is equivalent to a highway accident (Up to 39 MPH).

Now do you understand why rugby players only wear a mouth guard?

Ironically I only watched it without sound so I don't know if its really sick or not just appeared it could be funny. If it is too sick let me k now and I'll edit/delete. Just reminded me of that farmers matching making one I have seen a lot recently but more of a funny spin off.
