well actually they are right, cows that are used of milk are subject to a horrible life being hooked up to the machine full time and given vitamins to make them produce milk all the time.
see the cows are artificially fertilized and the young taken away instantly, cause if not that sh!t will drink the mothers milk and well that sh!ts for us, right? the mother sometimes cries for days on end because of that whole bonding thing they talk about. If the cafe is a female well we know what her future job is.
these cows are kept pregnant their whole lives so they... well you know. And when they are no longer able to stand because of constantly being pregnant and milked they get dragged out "literally, cause remember they can't stand" and then sold for beef.
I'm not some vegan or something but the whole point is the more you know the more you know.

None of what you said is anything I EVER witnessed on the farm I worked for 5 years.
If what you describe was the norm, there would be an outcry...don't believe everything PETA tells you to, ok?

My Brother-in-law owned a dairy farm (60 Head) for many years. One afternoon I went out there, walked into his milking parlor, and there he was with his arm stuck in a cow's vagina, all the way up to his armpit. He was artificially inseminating the old girl.
The funniest part was the cow was looking back at him going moooooooooooore!

I was in 4H and had my own heffer.
We were getting ready for a show and were cleaning up our animals.
That said, there are still certain parts of a cow you never really get used to touching or cleaning....sooo...I was using a pressure washer ( low pressure ) with a wand to rinse off my cow.
Not something I think most 13-14 year olds think about.....but I sprayed that cow right in the ass with the pressure washer.
Well, she did what I suspect I would now think any cow would do. She kicked me and I slid across the parlor.
4 broken ribs later.....the moral of that story is you don't spray any cow back there or use a much longer sprayer.

For clarification, the arm goes in the other hole in order to position the uterus, while a straw with the juice goes into the calf maker.
