I don't know why these two guys were listed under the silicone valley league? The first pic is Sergio Olivia aka The Myth. He was one of the golden age bodybuilders that people like Arnold idolized. There is no silicone in either of those guys! Steroids, yes. Silicone no!
Now, the previous two guys are ridiculous! I've never seen either but, the first guy looks like pump-n-pose injections and the second guy has implants. You can see the scarring around the nipple where the bag was inserted and inflated.
