Same here/ mid Atlantic
Not sure why your people spent 2 winters there, sir!Very true in the Middle of Montana last week we had a blizzard two days later 60 above and 30 - 40 mph winds with gusts up to 60+ mph !
Yes Mother Nature is off her meds again !
I'm old enough to know better but I'm still young enough to enjoy all 4 of the seasons which are fall , winter , spring and finally road construction ha ha which others call summer .Not sure why your people spent 2 winters there, sir!
Yep, altitude plays a big part in all of that. Here in the 'high desert', we can have 50 degree daily spread in temps, with 60 degree difference between high and low not unheard of. I have lost knee high corn and two foot tall tomatoes to frost in July on at least two occasions.I'm old enough to know better but I'm still young enough to enjoy all 4 of the seasons which are fall , winter , spring and finally road construction ha ha which others call summer .
Which can be just as hot as the winters can be bitter cold , I've experienced temps change nearly 100 degrees within 24 hours here in Montana .
