But I have watched High Potential (on ABC) and Kaitlin Olsen (2nd from left in pic Black Balled posted) is excellent in that.

Some sitcoms have more meaningful drama than most dramas. Watch some Scrubs, specifically, 'My Old Lady', or 'My Screw Up'. If you didn't know, Scrubs was on at the same time as, 'ER'. I had medical student and doctor friends who said that Scrubs was the more realistic.
