Hmm... The data I saw from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (chart below) seems to say otherwise - but I trust both organizations, so I might have misinterpreted. Thanks for the correction, and apologies if I misspoke in my post.

I'm pretty sure both organizations agree manmade climate change is real and increasing more and more rapidly.
