Yes, for sure… but a 4.6l stroker engine,4.10 gears, & 32’s ride just fine @ a Wrangler norm of 2900rpm 😉
My wife currently has a Gladiator (after two previous Wranglers) with 4 inch lift and 33's, and it's a handful to keep between the white lines from 55mph on up. They're great in the mountains and crawlin', but not so much on pavement. I'll keep my GMC 2500 HD.
 
The two lane highway to my house is 70mph. The only vehicles that consistently drive slower than prius's are suburus and jeeps. I'm never behind a jeep doing over 52mph, and that includes the cars with 'jeep' emblems. If they want to go that slow, they should ever drive in the barrow pit or have gigantic neons signs that say, 'Slow, Stupid Vehicle'.

I gonna have to throw out a “pool” analogy here. Seems for the most part it’s the “driver” not the “vehicle”. I pull my tent trailer at 80 down the interstate with my 97’ TJ.
