OMG, Prosciutto de Parma, mozzarella or sharp provolone, dandelion or basil leaves, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, maybe a touch of EVOO, on a French baguette or Italian crostini, a glass of Ciavolich Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, and (drool….) I am in heaven.
