Funny Samsara story

I've officially given up trying to spot decal cues on the Web....
...if the guys at Samsara can't tell when it's in their hands, what chance do I have on a screen?

I was thinking the same thing.

Let me know if you find 2 cues, then you can send one in and I can too!

I bet the guys at Samsara could tell it was a knock off from 10 feet....I do hope it is a true story though, fun stuff.

Pics before and after, or it didn't happen...
I don't have pics of the "2" piece cue but I was there and witnessed it live, it did happen....
If I remember correctly one dude was playing with an old Mali and the other a Meucci, the Samsara was a much nicer cue than either man was playing with.
The slow, defensive, up table game was a result of neither wanting to give up a shot for fear of losing the new cue.
Now they each have half a butt half autographed by Jim Stadum.

Here is an after pic.
"About Time, Jim Stadum, Samsara Cues."

Asking for a before pic seems kind of unnecessary. Would you request the same of Lorena Bobbit?

It's not unnecessary at all (though I maybe wasn't as polite as I could have been). Asking for pics is simply a way to confirm a person's story over the internet. You think everything you read on this forum is true? Or course I was suspicious of a claim that a HOF cuemaker couldn't tell real inlays from stickers...

Evidence has been provided, there is no problem on my end. If anything, a healthy dose of skepticism would do more people good in the world than blindly accepting what they hear based on some anecdote (albeit a good one).
