FusionCue - The most advanced pool training system is almost here (video demo)

I think this is a fantastic product but I foresee a few problems. First most pool players will not have the wherewithal to assemble and calibrate this system. Second people who have diamond style box lights will not be able to mount the camera overhead. Lastly and this is my problem my ceiling isn’t high enough for a webcam to get the whole table in frame. Most ceilings are 8 feet which isn’t enough height for a bigger table.

That's why this started out as a personal project, I thought too few people would want to set it up.

Then, every time I posted a demo, people were asking me if they could buy it and set it up too.

The discord has 60 members now, with people getting their rooms ready.

As far as the light is concerned, it could work if it's raised high enough, as the cameras are small and could be mounted underneath. Projector could be side mounted., but most people either already have a perimeter light, or opt to make their own or buy one outright.

They're a group of motivated individuals. I get that not every pool player would be, but this product is justified from my end if I capture a tiny % of the market.

First look of internet multiplayer matches, where your opponents table can be projected onto your table (and vice versa), with automatic scoring across drills and games:

I'd buy this right away, even in beta. I already have another system and can tell this is way better. Unfortunately, my table is now in pieces in the basement due to a move. I showed this to my local room, where the owner is a buddy of mine, to see if he can get it setup in the room.
