i ****ing love step by step build processes, may i ask if the tenon at the joint was turned down, or a dowel like the butt?

Great thread. Thanks you for keeping up with it.

Aside from the cue, I am always looking around the pics at the various equipment and materials employed.

I look forward to seeing more of this, and of course the finished cue.:thumbup::thumbup:

Purpleheart Titlist Complete

First off, this was an extremely fun project to take on. I did have an awesome resource in my good friend (he is extremely patient). This project took the better part of (4) weeks to complete, working (1) day a week on it. Enjoy the pictures and feel free to give me any constructive criticisms you may have. I think it looks absolutely phenomenal for a first build.

Cheers,
Tony

That is one beautiful cue especially if its you first. If I were to criticize anything , and I hat to say criticize but I would burr/polish the ring on the shaft and maybe the threaded hole. No matter what that is a beautiful cue and you should be proud to have made it , I know I would be.

Thank you for your kind words. The burr/polish have been completed. I decided to post outside pictures. Natural light does wonders for picture taking.

Cheers,
Tony
